Keshav Suri (he/him) is a progressive leader in the Indian hospitality industry as the Executive Director at The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group, one of India’s leading luxury hospitality brands. Known for his entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to social justice, Keshav has been instrumental in expanding the group's portfolio and championing LGBTQIA+ rights. His visionary leadership has shaped the group's reputation for luxury, sustainability, and inclusivity. His leadership extends beyond business strategy, pushing boundaries for social justice and equality, particularly in his support of LGBTQIA+ rights and the fight for decriminalizing Section 377 in India. Through the Keshav Suri Foundation, he continues to advocate for the rights and equality of LGBTQIA+ and other marginalized communities.

Parmesh Shahani is an author, curator, LGBTQ inclusion activist, and the head of the Godrej DEI Lab. The Lab aims to empower inclusion ecosystems both within and outside the 127-year-old Godrej Industries Group of companies, and is a spin-off from the decade long Godrej India Culture Lab project, that he ran between 2011-21. Parmesh’s two books Gay Bombay: Globalization, Love and (Be)Longing in Contemporary India (2008) and Queeristan: LGBTQ Inclusion in the Indian Workplace (2020) are fundamental texts that chronicle the rapid changes in India with regard to LGBTQIA acceptance in society at large. Queeristan won the 2021 CK Prahalad Prize for Business Book of the Year and the 2021 Laadli Media Award for Gender Sensitivity. Parmesh holds an MS in Comparative Media Studies from MIT. He is an Aspen Fellow, a TED Senior Fellow, a Yale World Fellow, and a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader, and a board member of the non-profit organisations KHOJ and Breakthrough.

Radhika Piramal is a business leader, philanthropist and LGBTQ+ rights advocate. She is the Vice Chairperson and Executive Director of VIP Industries Ltd., India’s largest luggage company. She also serves as a trustee on the boards of two charities in the UK (GiveOut and Dasra). Radhika holds a BA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Brasenose College, University of Oxford (2000) and an MBA from the Harvard Business School (2006). She was recognized in ET India’s 40 under 40 Business Leaders in 2015. She received CNBC-India TV18’s Award for Young Businesswoman in 2016, and the coveted Business Today’s India’s Most Powerful Women Award for three consecutive years in 2015, 2016 and 2017. Radhika is one of India’s few openly lesbian business leaders and a prominent speaker on LGBTQ+ inclusion. She and her wife look forward to the day when their legal marriage in the UK will be recognized in India.
