1. What is The LaLiT Dining Program?

The LaLiT Dining Program is a prepaid, annual membership program that offers special dining benefits such as discounts and complimentary vouchers at The LaLiT participating restaurants.

2. What is The LaLiT Dining membership fee?

Membership requires an upfront prepaid annual fee of INR 8000 + 1440 (GST 18%), total 9,440/- per year. This is subject to change.

3. How can I join The LaLiT Dining Program?

Enrolment into The LaLiT Dining Program can be done with online registration via the program website thelalitdining.com or with the enrolment link provided by The LaLiT Dining sales agent/The LaLiT participating property team.

4. Who can join The LaLiT Dining Program?

All Indian citizens above 18 years residing in India are eligible to enrol. Foreign nationals are not eligible to enrol into The LaLiT Dining program.

5. Can I pay by cash for the membership?

Payment is accepted online only at the time of enrolment. No cash payments are accepted.

6. What benefits do members receive?

Members get member only discounts on Food & Beverages along with other benefits like complimentary dining vouchers.

7. How many times can I use my card discount?

Member can use each discount a maximum of 10 times in a month.

8. What discount benefits do members get with The LaLiT Dining membership?
  • 20% off for 1 Pax
  • 50% off for 2 Pax
  • 33% off for 3 Pax
  • 25% off for 4 Pax
  • 20% off for more than 5 Pax
9. Do the discounts apply to alcoholic / non-alcoholic beverages?

Yes, members enjoy 20% discount on alcoholic / non-alcoholic beverages.

10. Which complimentary dining benefits/vouchers are included in The LaLiT Dining Program?
  • Buffet for two (valid only at Coffee Shop i.e. 24/7 for Lunch/Dinner. This offer is NOT valid on Sunday Brunch)
  • One coupon of 50% off on a meal up to 10 pax (at any participating The LaLiT restaurant). Children above 5 years of age are included in the total guest count)
  • One kg cake
  • One house wine bottle (750 ml)
  • One Dessert while dinning
  • One Pool voucher- Members receive this benefit only when renewing for the second year. This voucher entitles the member to one hour's use of the swimming pool for two persons (member plus one accompanying guest) at The LaLiT participating Hotels, Palaces & Resorts. Valid only on weekdays - Monday to Friday. Prior reservation is required. Proper swimming attire is compulsory.

All complimentary vouchers are for one time use and two vouchers cannot be clubbed together.

11. What are some other benefits of The LaLiT Dining program apart of discounts and one time complimentary vouchers?

The LaLiT Dining offers experiential benefits, like – Meet the Chef (only on prior request) and Member Exclusive Events (members will be informed, whenever planned)

12. What are the exclusions for discounts in The LaLiT Dinning Program?

  • Mini bar
  • Banquet and events
  • Any ticketed events/promotions.
13. Are the benefits valid at all The LaLiT Hotels, Palaces and Resorts?

Benefits are valid at all participating restaurants across The LaLiT Hotels, Palaces, and Resorts.

14. Can I use multiple discounts or promotions together?

No. Two discounts cannot be clubbed together.

The LaLiT Dining Program benefits cannot be clubbed with other promotions, special menus, happy hours or third-party discounts.

15. Do I get The LaLiT Loyalty program points while using The LaLiT Dining membership?

Members of The Lalit Dining Program do not earn The LaLiT Loyalty points.

16. Can I become a member of both The LaLiT Loyalty and The LaLiT Dining program?

Yes, you can enrol into both the programs. However, you can earn either The LaLiT Loyalty points or get The LaLiT Dining discount in one transaction. Members cannot get both in one transaction.

17. What is the membership validity? Will my remaining vouchers get carried forward for the next year?

Membership is valid for 12 months from date of payment. Membership benefits, including complimentary vouchers, expire with the expiry of the membership.

18. Can someone else use my membership?

No. Membership benefits are non-transferable.

19. How can I redeem my dining complimentary vouchers?

Present your digital voucher to The LaLiT restaurant team before billing. Prior reservation is required.

  • Redemption is digital only, via voucher code
  • OTP is sent to the member's registered mobile/email
  • Once OTP is verified, the voucher is validated and cannot be reused.
20. Can I use two membership numbers for one reservation?

Only one membership can be quoted per table and per reservations

21. Does the member need to be present to use a voucher?

Yes. Membership is non-transferable, so the member must be physically present.

The LaLiT F&B team can validate member identity via membership number/name/mobile number.

22. Complimentary buffet voucher is valid in which restaurant of The LaLiT?

Complimentary buffet for two is only valid at the coffee shop (24X7) for lunch or dinner.

23. Can I use complimentary buffet voucher for Sunday Brunch?

No, this voucher is not valid for Sunday Brunch.

24. Do I need to inform in advance for the complimentary cake?

Complimentary cake voucher entitles the member to a 1 kg Chocolate or Pineapple flavour cake as per availability. Order needs to be placed 24 hrs prior. Cost of special cake shapes etc. will have to be paid extra, if requested.

25. Are there any blackout dates for the membership benefits?

Benefits are not applicable on New Year's Eve, Christmas Eve, Valentine's Day and any other special day/offer as determined by The LaLiT Suri Hospitality Group.

26. Are membership discounts valid on special set/fixed menu?

No. Membership discounts are not valid on special set/fixed menu of The LaLiT participating restaurants.

27. If there is a food festival, say, a Thali system, then can I avail a membership discount?

No membership discount is available. Though members may choose the Loyalty points instead in this transactions).

28. Can I cancel my membership?

Membership once purchased cannot be cancelled or refunded. Members may request cancellation via Member Service Centre. Upon cancellation all unredeemed benefits will be forfeited.

29. Can a company enroll into the LaLiT Dining Program?

No, The LaLiT Dining membership is only for individual guests and not open for corporate membership.

30. Do I get any discount on group membership?

The LaLiT Dining program offers 10% discount for purchasing 10 or more memberships at the same time.

31. Can I gift The LaLiT Dining membership to a friend or family member?

Yes, gifting a membership is allowed, however the existing membership cannot be transferred.

32. How many vouchers do I have remaining for the current month?

Log into your membership account on the program microsite and check the "Vouchers"/ "Benefits" section

Reach out to the MSC team for any assistance required.

33. What happens if the voucher code is invalid or already used?

This may occur due to:

  • Expired voucher
  • Already redeemed voucher
  • Incorrect code entry into the system by the F&B team

In such cases, F&B or MSC team can verify the voucher and assist the member
