Effective ___ November 2025, The Lalit Dining Program for Bharat Hotels Limited shall be referred to as the "Dining Program."
The Dining Program operates under the terms and conditions set out below unless otherwise expressly stated (the "Terms and Conditions").
The Terms and Conditions govern the Company's relationship with members of the Dining Program (collectively, "Dining Program Members," and individually, a "Dining Program Member," "Member," or "you").
By opening a Dining Program membership account ("Account" or "Membership Account"), or by using either your membership card or the Membership Account number assigned to you ("Membership Number") to receive and redeem benefits of the Dining Program, you agree that:
- You have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions;
- You have read and accepted the Website Terms of Use, which are incorporated herein by reference; and
- By participating, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data by the Company and the Dining Program, in accordance with the Company's Privacy Statement.
All Dining Program benefits, amenities, offers, awards and services are subject to availability and may be changed by the Company at any time without notice. At the Company's sole discretion, the Company may choose to substitute a similar dining program for the Dining Program at any time, with immediate effect upon notice to active Dining Program Members.
Membership Terms & Benefits:
- The membership card is valid for one year.
- Membership number must be quoted when availing any benefits. Only one membership can be quoted per table.
- Dining benefits are not applicable on mini bar, in room dining or any ticketed events/promotions.
- Card/voucher benefits are not applicable during blackout dates including but not limited to Valentine/Christmas/New Year eve, etc. and special offers as determined by the hotel.
- Membership once purchased cannot be cancelled or refunded. Members may request cancellation via MSC (Member Service Centre or Program Helpdesk Team); upon cancellation all unredeemed benefits will be forfeited.
- Membership is non-transferable.
- The LaLiT Dining Program may be amended or withdrawn, if necessary, to comply with applicable statutory rules and regulations.
- Benefits awarded to the member are personal to the member. Lending/transferring the membership or its privileges to any third party is not permissible. In the event of misuse, the Management reserves the right to withdraw membership/privileges and retain/recall The LaLiT Dining membership.
- Membership of The Lalit Dining does not entitle the member to any credit facilities at any participating Hotels/Restaurants & Bars.
- The LaLiT Dining member is responsible for payment of any taxes incurred/applicable as a result of participation in this Programme.
Program Details:
- The LaLiT Dining Program requires a prepaid annual fee of ₹8,000 + GST (18%) = ₹9,440 per membership. Payment is accepted online only at the time of enrolment. No cash payments will be accepted.
- The program is open to Indian residents aged 18 years and above. Foreign nationals are not eligible to enroll.
- Membership is valid for 12 months from date of payment. Membership benefits (including complimentary vouchers) expire with the expiry of the membership.
- Discounts can be availed at the time of bill settlement at the F&B outlet at the time of payment. Benefits will not be applied to bills posted to the room (PMS billing) or third-party invoicing.
- Only one membership may be quoted per table. Membership benefits cannot be combined with other promotional offers (including third-party platforms). No two discounts/offers can be clubbed together.
- Group purchases and gifting of memberships are permitted following processes prescribed by The LaLiT Suri Hospitality Group.
- Processing of benefits relies on POS systems; The LaLiT is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party system downtime.
- While availing the benefits of The LaLiT Dining program, The LaLiT Loyalty program points cannot be earned or redeemed.
- The member must be physically present to avail the benefits of The LaLiT Dining Program.
Complimentary Vouchers & Discounts
- All complimentary vouchers are for one time use and two vouchers cannot be clubbed together.
- Membership Discounts can be availed for a max. of 10 times in a month.
- No membership discounts on special set/fixed menu.
- One (1) Complimentary buffet for 2 persons (only at Coffee Shop / 24/7 for Lunch/Dinner). This offer is NOT valid on Sunday Brunch.
- 50% off on a meal for upto 10 guests (at any The LaLiT restaurant). Children above 5 years of age are included in the total guest count for calculating discounts.
- One (1) complimentary cake voucher entitles member to a 1 Kg Chocolate or Pineapple flavour cake as per availability. Order need to be placed 24 hrs prior. Cost of special cake shapes etc. will have to be paid extra, if requested.
- One (1) complimentary Pool voucher entitles the member to one hour's use of the swimming pool for two persons (member plus one accompanying guest). at the participating hotels. Valid only on weekdays - Monday to Friday. Prior reservation is required. Proper swimming attire is compulsory.
- Reservations should be made in advance to use the complimentary vouchers.
- Vouchers do not have any cash value.
